Granville Street 3A Bar Closings
Rolling back the hours yet again, from 4A to 3A back to 2A where they were a couple of years ago will not solve the problem of idiots trying to ruin the Granville Street Entertainment District.
If Manhattan can keep order over 28,000 seats with a closing time of 4A and 26 police officers and proper penalties; Vancouver can surely accomplish the same with 5,000 seats, a 3A closing time and 16 police officers and proper penalties. Being socially progressive does not mean turning back the clock or allowing the idiots to win.
